This store closed August 19th with a note stating they closed to keep people and community safe. I understand you have to look after your colleagues and be there for them. But when people get evacuated, they leave with literally nothing. I couldn’t even get back to my house! And I really need some clothing. So, I feel this explanation is a bit of a farce and I am deeply disappointed by Lululemon for doing that. There are better ways to do this like shortening hours, stating when they would open again, have a reduced schedule, or scale down operation to be able to operate with less staff, offer additional benefits to your staff such as daily allowance if you are evacuated, help finding additional accommodation for your staff etc. also to note is that this area is not on evacuation alert currently or even an evacuation order. Disappointing. I expected much better judgment from a company like Lululemon. Also Lululemon prides itself to be integrated in the local community, to be a hub for the community, but this action shows the exact opposite. Sad.

Store is an amazing experience. Staff are fantastic all around and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Great clothing and excellent staff to guide you throughout the process.

It's funny that I'm doing this...but just wanted to say that Catherine and her peers went above and beyond to fix my order that was delivered to store for pick up. When I got there no one could find it. As it turned out someone from when I initially ordered and paid for in store decided to give me a NEW last name...which I can only say was a major snafu of confusion. In the end all was corrected. Not a major thing to get upset about but it does beg the question of confirming info to make things more smooth and efficient. So again...I just wanted to say thank you again for resolving. Japan and my everywhere bag for trip will be more fun now that I have it for trip.

The quality of product has really gone downhill the last few years. Any of my new clothes from here fall apart within weeks, whilst my stuff from 10 years ago is still holding up well. The used to have a seamstress to fix things and now they refuse to help with faulty products!

The quality of the products have gone down for the past couple of years and if you guys have an issue with a product&try to return it, the employees here will give you an attitude like they are paying out of pocket. Not the friendliest staff.

Last week I went to this location to find out they are closed till Tuesday the 22nd then when I get there on Tuesday they are closed till Thursday the 24th. Then when I call to double check that it’s open till 8pm because I’ve gone downtown 3 times already, payed for parking and they were closed. I’m super disappointed in their staff. On the phone at 4pm they assured me they would be staying open till 9pm then one again i get there and they closed at 4pm today. I’m super frustrated and I know other people are too because evacuee’s need clothing.
